Where are you located?
We have two locations, both in Southern California.
How do I send a package as a gift? And can you include a note for me?
Simply enter the recipent's address for shipping & we will package it as a gift! If you'd like to include a note, please leave it in the "Notes" section at check out. If you purchase a card, we will include your note inside. If not, we will use one of our Shout and About branded postcards.
Is everything online available in-store?
Our online shop reflects what we have in the Carlsbad, SD shop. Much of what we have in Echo Park, LA is the same, but due to its smaller size, not everything online can be found there. It can however always be ordered online with our $5 flat-rate shipping!
How long have you been open?
Our LA shop opened in April of 2015 and our SD shop opened in June of 2022.
How do I submit my products for wholesale?
Please email linesheets to hello@shoutandabout.com rather than bring them into the shops or call about wholesale. As a mother-of-3 in addition to running both shops full-time, I simply cannot respond to each of the many inquiries we receive.
If your products do seem like a good fit for the shop, I will absolutely be in touch.
Even if I absolutely love your line, that does not always mean it's the right fit for the shops. Please know that even if you don't hear back, it doesn't mean I don't think you're doing amazing things!
